On Sunday 2nd May 2010, Prof Ralph Martins and one of our young study participants, Lorinda Klaric, featured on Channel 7's
Sunday Night program.
The segment, "The Vanishing", focussed on early onset and inheritable Alzheimer's disease, and was awarded "Best Documentary or
Documentary Series - Health, Health Science or Innovation" by the National Press Club in December 2010.
Lorinda's story was also shown on the news on Channel 10 Hope for Alzheimers Sufferers
on 3rd September 2010.
A young mother with inherited Alzheimer's disease, Lorinda has recently
established a trust fund for the future welfare of her daughters and herself. Details about the Klaric Family
