Memorial Giving and Gifts in Lieu

Support our research by making a donation in memory of someone who has passed away or who is celebrating a special occasion.

Gifts can be made in memory of a person who has died or as an alternative to flowers at a funeral. A donation to the McCusker Alzheimer's Research Foundation is a unique and lasting way to remember a loved one, particularly one who may have had Alzheimer's disease or dementia. Senses Foundation can provide brochures and donation envelopes for this service.

A donation by family and friends in lieu of gifts for major celebrations or milestones is another very special way to support our research. Donations can be made in lieu of gifts for countless occasions such as anniversaries, births, birthdays, christenings, Christmas, engagements, graduations, weddings or any other occasion you can think of.

Should you arrange for a donation in memory or in lieu of flowers or gifts for special occasions, the McCusker Alzheimer's Research Foundation can arrange for the family or the person to be informed. We will also send a birthday card in your name with acknowledgement of your kind act. All you need to do is to request us to send the acknowledgement. So ask your friends and family to give donations to Alzheimer's research in lieu of gifts at birthdays or Christmas.
