Partners

The Foundation develops strategic partnerships to leverage funds raised to further enhance the scope of research.

Significant partners include:

Hollywood Private Hospital - provides support for the laboratory facilities in Nedlands;
Edith Cowan University - administers the research under an agreement with the Foundation, and provides laboratory facilities at Joondalup and funding for researchers and research materials;
Wesfarmers - provides funding for salaries;
Lions Clubs of WA - raise funds and promote the research; and
Lotterywest - provided $1.6 million in 2010.

The Foundation was also a founding partner in the development of the Centre for Excellence in Alzheimer's Disease Research and Care, of which Professor Martins is the Director of Research.
